With half of 2008 behind us, Bartlett homes and Real Estate are having similar results as other area communities.  Market times at around 6 months, and too many listings on the market.  If you don’t need to sell right now, this is not the time to ‘just see what happens’.  You may be better off waiting if you don’t really need to sell right now.  And if you are considering buying, this is a great time.
