2008 is over and the numbers above show it is still possible to sell your home and move. In fact, the average days on market is actually less for closed listings. An indication that those people who did sell priced their home accurately and sold faster. What’s ahead for 2009? The next few months will give us an idea of the overall attitude going into the Spring and we’ll know shortly after that. With historically low interest rates and great prices, buyers should feel confident in making a move – this is one of the best times ever to buy a home.
