It’s rare but it can happen.  We had our first home swap. We found a buyer that had a home that worked for my sellers.  My sellers were very open to making this happen.  They realized that options like this don’t come along very often.  It was nice to see two sellers get their homes sold and could move on in this market.  Keep an open mind and explore all your possible options.  Like Matt and I keep saying, if you list your home competitively it will still sell!
