Barrington Real Estate is a different market than the normal surrounding areas.  Barrington doesn’t have many typical first time buyer properties, that is why the activity is slower than normal.  Barrington homes for sale  are way up for single family.  It is a great area and investment for the future.  I can’t believe some of the deals that are going on!!
